About Village
Village (https://village.do) is building a network around the people we trust. We're revolutionizing how professionals build meaningful and trusted relationships through warm introductions, fostering a sense of community and connection in an increasingly remote and digital world.
Our team is world-class. We have the best investors, including the founder of Hubspot, Hootsuite and ex-LinkedIn VPs. We’re looking for high-agency owners who are excited about our mission and want to be part of a small team growing fast.

Product Stack:
User research & feedback: Typeform/noteforms, Loom, direct user interviews (Preferred)
User Analytics: Posthog
Collaboration: Notion (Required), Slack (Required)
Responsibilities:
Define and drive a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with our mission and user needs, focusing on delivering real value every week.
Translate complex user problems and market opportunities into simple, intuitive product experiences — in collaboration with design and engineering.
Prioritize features and experiments based on impact, data, and feedback — while clearly communicating tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Own end-to-end product development cycles: from scoping and research to launch, measurement, and iteration.
Stay close to the customer: run discovery interviews, gather feedback, and leverage insights to inform product decisions.
Ensure tight collaboration across disciplines — aligning teams, unblocking progress, and championing clarity and execution.
Track and evaluate product performance using analytics and qualitative insights, iterating quickly to improve what matters most to users.
This job is for you if:
You care about shipping end-to-end products loved by users. A new feature that’s not used by anyone is a feature that shouldn’t exist. You’ll have a direct impact on user journeys. We optimize for every role to handle a full user story and to even communicate with customers. You genuinely care and take pride with a product you worked on being used many people.
You have high agency and ownership. You don’t wait for permission. You chase clarity, move fast, and take responsibility for results.
You’re resourceful and scrappy. You know how to get things done, even with limited information, time, or resources.
You seek leverage. You want to do work that compounds — and you want to do 10x more than your title implies.
You value clarity and communication. Whether with your team or with users, you’re clear, concise, and thoughtful.
You’re customer-obsessed. When a user reports a bug, you’re on it. You take pride in being close to the pain — and closer to the solution.
What you will do
Ship value every week. You’ll help drive a fast-paced product development cycle that prioritizes real impact.
Own key product initiatives end-to-end — from research and scoping to launch and iteration.
Shape the roadmap. Your voice will matter as much as your execution.
Collaborate and seek alignment with a tight-knit team of designers, engineers, and founders.
Help build a product — and a company — that fosters trust, connection, and community.
Who you are
You are experienced. You have a strong background in UI design, having worked on and led the creation of design systems and digital product experiences. You are proficient in the modern design tools of the trade (like Figma).
You are detail-oriented. You obsess over the details and believe that excellence is found in the minutiae. You strive for simplicity and clarity in your designs, knowing that these aspects drive a compelling user experience.
You bias towards action. You are a doer, not just a dreamer. You understand that delivering quality designs promptly is as crucial as crafting a beautiful design.
You’re entrepreneurial. You excel in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with uncertainty. You’re ready to take on challenges and can make the most out of limited resources.
You take pride in what you do. Your work reflects you. You believe that a strong design can change the user experience and you're always ready to make that change happen.
You enjoy your work. You love what you do and are passionate about creating designs that impact millions of users. You get excited about new challenges and constantly look forward to what's next.
You care about doing the right thing. You value diversity and inclusivity, creating designs and experiences that are accessible to all users. You enjoy working with others, have a low-ego, and make the workplace more enjoyable for everyone.
