About Village
Village (https://village.do) is building a network around the people we trust. We're revolutionizing how professionals build meaningful and trusted relationships through warm introductions, fostering a sense of community and connection in an increasingly remote and digital world.
Our team is world-class. We have the best investors, including the founder of Hubspot, Hootsuite and ex-LinkedIn VPs. We’re looking for high-agency owners who are excited about our mission and want to be part of a small team growing fast.
To learn more about Village, check our Village - The Foreword.
GTM & Partnerships Stack:
Outbound & CRM: HubSpot (or similar), Apollo, Clay
Content & Social: LinkedIn, X/Twitter
PR & Earned Media: Press releases, founder-led storytelling, podcast outreach
Analytics & RevOps: PostHog, Google Analytics, Looker Studio
Collaboration: Notion (Required), Slack (Required)
Responsibilities:
Craft & own the GTM strategy for Village’s API, aligning it with company goals and partner needs.
Identify, prioritize, and close strategic partnerships with ATSs, CRMs, marketplaces, rev-tech tools, and data directories.
Build and manage a partner pipeline: source leads, run outreach sequences, and nurture relationships through calls, emails, and warm intros.
Leverage multi-channel growth tactics—PR, thought leadership, events, affiliate/referral programs, paid ads, and community—to attract and convert new partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design to translate partner feedback into product improvements and co-marketing launches.
Own partner onboarding and success, ensuring integrations go live smoothly and drive measurable value for both sides.
Track KPIs & report insights (pipeline velocity, CAC, partner-sourced ARR, integration usage) to guide strategy and iterate quickly.
This job is for you if:
You open doors. You have (or know how to build) senior-level relationships inside SaaS ecosystems.
You’re a creative growth hacker. You mix classic sales motions with scrappy, high-leverage experiments.
You thrive on ownership. You chase clarity, move fast, and make things happen without waiting for permission.
You’re technical-enough to talk APIs. You can explain webhooks, auth flows, and data models in plain English.
You’re customer-obsessed. You treat partner success like your own and dive deep into their pain points.
You communicate with punch. Your writing is concise, persuasive, and tailored to each audience.
What you will do
Ship partner value every week. Launch new integrations, co-marketing assets, or deals on a tight cadence.
Own revenue from partnerships. Hit quarterly targets for pipeline and closed-won ARR.
Shape our GTM playbook. Codify what works, automate what can be automated, and keep leveling up the system.
Act as the voice of the partner internally—inform product roadmap and pricing with real-world insights.
Scale yourself. Recruit and mentor future GTM team members as we grow.
Who you are
Experienced operator. 5+ years in GTM, BD, or partnerships at a B2B SaaS company (API-centric a plus).
Results-driven. You can point to integrations or deals you personally closed and the revenue they generated.
Resourceful & scrappy. Comfortable executing with limited resources and iterating based on data.
Networked. Existing relationships inside ATS/CRM or HR/rev-tech ecosystems are a strong advantage.
Low-ego collaborator. You make the team better, embrace feedback, and celebrate shared wins.
