What you’ll do

Own the growth function. You’ll define and execute our end-to-end growth strategy — across content, inbound, brand, and distribution.
Write and ship high-impact content. From blog posts and case studies to landing pages and tweets — you’ll craft clear, trusted narratives for founders and partners.
Design and optimize inbound flows. You’ll implement visitor de-anonymization, Slack onboarding workflows, and automated lead capture paths.
Lead website messaging. You’ll own and evolve pages that explain Village’s value, integrations, data freshness, and security to the world.
Engage in distribution channels. You’ll actively participate in high-signal conversations across Reddit, YC, Quora, and Twitter — and set up workflows to scale that reach.
Launch campaigns and partnerships. You’ll collaborate with partners, run PR campaigns, and coordinate moments that build credibility and traction.
Create help and onboarding content. You’ll produce or manage educational materials like go-live guides, videos, and AI-powered support flows.
Build for scale. You’ll lay the foundations for a repeatable, compounding growth engine — with clear systems, automation, and experimentation.

You know early-stage. You’ve worked in growth, content, or product marketing at a startup and know how to operate without a playbook.
You’re tool-savvy. You’ve used (or can quickly pick up) tools like Notion, Webflow, HubSpot, Segment, Zapier, Posthog, or Slack integrations.
You care about clarity and trust. You sweat the difference between “Get Started” and “Sign Up.” You know voice matters.
You’re excited about the mission. You believe warm intros are how great opportunities happen — and want to help build a network that reflects that.
