Define and implement a cohesive design system that effectively communicates our brand identity and ensures consistency across all our products.

Develop new design components that fit seamlessly within our existing system, and can be used across different products.

Present multiple design ideas for new product experiences, clearly explaining your design decisions and how they align with our overall product and business goals.

Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure our designs are feasible and implementable, while always keeping the user experience top-of-mind.

Use data, user feedback, and UX research to inform your design decisions and continuously iterate on our designs.

Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring we're always pushing the boundaries of what's possible in UI design.

You care about shipping end-to-end products loved by users. A new feature that’s not used by anyone is wasted time. You’ll have a direct impact on user journeys. You are experienced. You have a strong background in UI design, having worked on and led the creation of design systems and digital product experiences. You are proficient in the modern design tools of the trade (like Figma).
