The Head of Demand Generation will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive demand generation strategy. This role involves overseeing multi-channel campaigns, managing budgets, and building a high-performing team. The Director will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive qualified leads and enhance overall revenue growth.

This person will report directly to the VP of Marketing here at Sauce.

What You'll Do:


  • Demand Generation Ownership: Develop, execute, and lead a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive qualified leads and support revenue targets. Own top of funnel pipeline - from or organic and paid acquisition to offline marketing, SDRs, conversion optimizations, and more
  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and content channels
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and manage lead nurturing programs that effectively move prospects through the sales funnel and enhance conversion rates
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, handoff processes, and feedback loops
  • Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI
  • Team Leadership: Create, lead, and mentor a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation




What You Bring:


  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in a B2B tech startup or restaurant tech environment
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing demand generation campaigns that drive revenue growth
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with sales teams and cross-functional partners
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the restaurant or SMB sector is a significant plus
