We are looking for a Team Lead of Fintech Ops who will be responsible for leading and managing our Fintech team and operations to ensure efficient and effective resolution of Fintech-related issues. What You'll Do

  • Leadership & Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Fintech Ops specialists
  • Assist the team with day to day tasks (when needed)
  • Set clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics for the Fintech ops team
  • Fintech Operations:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Fintech Ops team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of payment issues
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for handling payment inquiries and disputes
  • Monitor and analyze Fintech metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve Fintech Ops processes and systems
  • Implement automation and data-driven solutions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of Fintech Ops operations
  • Stay updated on the latest payment technologies, trends, and best practices
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other field departments to resolve payment related issues
  • Collaborate with the product team to build new features
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align Fintech Ops initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Provide regular updates on Fintech Ops performance, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to Fintech Ops processes




What You Bring:


  • Proven experience in Fintech, payment or support leadership role, preferably in a food delivery tech environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a high-performing team
  • Proactive and problem-solving approach
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, processes, and industry regulations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, economy or any related field preferred
