Sauce is looking for a Recruiting Specialist with experience sourcing and recruiting high level talent around South America and/or Mexico. From sourcing and attracting candidates to screening and managing the interview process, this person will be responsible for the entire recruiting process within the Sales and Customer Support organizations.

A successful Recruiting Specialist will collaborate with Sales and Support leaders here at Sauce on a regular basis and proactively build pipelines for future hiring needs. They will also attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiting Specialist are to ensure that Sauce attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

You will report directly to the Head of People at Sauce.

The schedule for this position is flexible, ideally Monday to Friday with standard EST working hours.

What You'll Do:


  • Manage the interview process from start to finish for Sales and Customer Support roles in South America and Mexico
  • Work with the team leaders to understand the ins and outs of each role you recruit for
  • Source and recruit candidates by using LinkedIn, social media, and external recruiting partners
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications to be posted across multiple platforms through our ATS
  • Continually build pipeline for roles to be ready for open roles at any time
  • Develop a strong LinkedIn presence and network to source candidates through new posts
  • Screen candidates resumes and applications
  • Conduct culture screenings using Google Meet to filtre through candidates more effectively
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
  • Promote company's reputation as a "best place to work"




What You Bring:


  • Based anywhere in South America or Mexico
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer (either as an in-house recruiter or at a staffing agency)
  • Strong ability to conduct different interview types (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Previous experience with various interviewing methods (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Familiarity with recruiting and HR technologies and platforms, like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS - like Lever, Greenhouse, or others) Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS - like Rippling, Workday, ADP, or others), and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, with strong verbal and written communication
