Maisa is looking for an Associate Curriculum Developer to help grow Maisa Academy and our technical documentation.

You’ll create engaging training and enablement content that helps customers, partners, and employees get the most from Maisa Studio and Maisa Digital Workers. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves learning new technology, creating content, and teaching others.

Skills & Qualification

• 2–5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, technical training, or technical writing

• Experience creating and delivering training for technical or SaaS products

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Familiarity with LLM/AI-based tools

• Curious, proactive, and comfortable learning new technologies quickly

• Nice to have: video production, certification development, or Python, Markdown, CSS, or SQL

Responsibilities

• Create training content, videos, interactive labs, and technical documentation

• Deliver live and on-demand product training

• Help manage and grow Maisa Academy

• Support the development of certifications and assessments

• Become an expert in Maisa Studio and Digital Workers

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Client Services, and Marketing on product education
