About Job
Maisa is looking for our first-ever dedicated Employer Branding Specialist to build and scale our employer brand as we continue our rapid growth across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to define how one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies is seen by talent from the very beginning.
As the first person dedicated to Employer Branding, you'll own the function from day one, partnering with recruiters, founders, and leaders to create authentic content, campaigns, and candidate experiences that attract exceptional talent.

Skills & Qualification
2–4 years of professional experience across Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content across multiple channels.
Experience creating visual content using design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Experience working in startups or scale-ups.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and turning ideas into execution.
Experience supporting university recruitment, graduate hiring, internships, career fairs, or campus initiatives is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Based in Spain (preferred).
English fluency required; Spanish is a plus.

Willingness to travel for events, office launches, university activities, and employer branding initiatives.
Responsibilities
Execute employer branding initiatives that strengthen Maisa's talent brand across key hiring markets.
Create compelling written and visual content for LinkedIn, careers pages, social media, blogs, videos, and recruitment campaigns.
Partner closely with recruiters to support hiring through employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Build relationships with universities, postgraduate programs, MBA programs, and student communities to develop early-career talent pipelines.
Represent Maisa at career fairs, university events, networking events, office openings, and employer branding activities.
Support the planning and execution of employer branding events, open days, and recruitment campaigns.
Collaborate with founders, employees, and leadership to transform company milestones, product launches, and employee stories into engaging employer brand content.
Help scale Maisa's employer brand while maintaining authenticity during periods of rapid growth.
Monitor employer branding performance and continuously improve campaigns using data and candidate insights.
Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, campaign execution, and overall employer branding effectiveness.
