About the role…

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our Client Services team. As a PM at Maisa, you will be the engine room of our enterprise deployments, ensuring that our cutting-edge AI solutions are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.

You will sit at the center of our delivery ecosystem, coordinating between our Forward Deployed Engineers, AI Automation Consultants, and Technical Account Managers to navigate the complexities of enterprise-scale AI implementation. Your goal will be to turn visionary AI automation concepts into operational reality for some of the world's largest organisations.

What you'll do...

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Maisa Studio and Digital Worker implementations across multiple high-stakes enterprise accounts

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, defining clear milestones, resource requirements, and critical paths to ensure successful rollouts

  • Monitor project health, tracking progress against timelines and budgets while managing scope to prevent "creep" in complex technical environments

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the primary bridge between our internal delivery teams (FDEs and Consultants) and customer-side project teams

  • Facilitate regular sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure alignment and momentum

  • Coordinate technical dependencies, such as infrastructure readiness, API access, and security approvals, ensuring our delivery teams have what they need to succeed

Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Establish clear communication cadences with customer project leads and executive sponsors

  • Provide transparent reporting on project status, risks, and performance metrics, ensuring the accountability in our "Making AI accountable" mission is reflected in our delivery process

  • Identify, document, and mitigate project risks through proactive problem-solving and escalation management

Process Optimization

  • Continuously refine our delivery methodology to accelerate time-to-value for our customers

  • Contribute to our internal knowledge base by documenting best practices and reusable project templates

What you'll bring...

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 4+ years of experience managing complex technology projects, preferably in enterprise software (SaaS), AI, or automation sectors

  • Methodology Expertise: Strong command of Agile and Waterfall methodologies with the ability to apply the right framework to the specific needs of a project or client

  • Technical Literacy: While you don't need to code, you must be comfortable discussing technical concepts such as APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and LLMs with both engineers and business stakeholders

  • Stakeholder Mastery: Demonstrable experience managing multi-departmental stakeholders in large regulated multinational organisations

  • Adaptability: A self-starter mindset with the ability to create structure out of the ambiguity common in high-growth, early-stage startups

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English

  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to client sites or Maisa offices

Desired Qualities:

  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

  • Prior experience in Digital Transformation, RPA, or Business Process Management (BPM)

  • A passion for AI and a preference for flat organizations where you can have a direct, visible impact
