The Role

We're seeking an AI-native Talent Acquisition Specialist on a temporary contract, with option to become permanent) to help us identify and attract exceptional talent in the competitive AI landscape. You'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools and innovative sourcing strategies to find candidates who thrive in our flat, founder-mode organization. This role requires someone who can move fast, think creatively, and use AI to reimagine traditional recruiting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-augmented talent acquisition strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates

• Leverage AI tools to automate screening, outreach, and initial assessment processes

• Build targeted talent pipelines for technical, product, and business roles across Spain and European markets

• Partner directly with founders and team leaders to understand their talent needs in depth

• Create compelling, authentic messaging that communicates our unique technical advantages and culture

• Develop and optimize AI-powered workflows for sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement

• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes

• Stay current on emerging AI recruitment technologies and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in AI, software development, or related fields

• Demonstrated experience using AI or automation tools to optimize recruiting workflows

• Track record of sourcing hard-to-find technical talent in competitive markets

• Experience recruiting in both Spain and European markets

• Strong understanding of the AI industry landscape and talent market dynamics

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage technical candidates

• Self-starter mentality with minimal need for management oversight

• Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional European languages a plus
