The Role

We're seeking a creative and technically-savvy Customer Education Lead to establish and grow maisa AI's educational initiatives, including our Academy. In this role, you'll create transformative learning experiences that empower customers and partners to become skilled Digital Worker creators and operators. This is primarily an individual contributor role with the opportunity to shape our educational strategy from the ground up. As an AI-first organization, you'll leverage AI tools to create compelling educational content that helps organizations reimagine how work gets done with AI at the center. As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team of education specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Partner Onboarding

  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding processes for new clients and partners

  • Create customized onboarding journeys based on client/partner needs and use cases

  • Develop self-service onboarding resources and guided learning experiences

  • Coordinate with customer success and sales teams to ensure smooth transitions

  • Measure and optimize onboarding effectiveness through clear metrics

Training & Certification Programs

  • Design comprehensive curricula for different user roles and expertise levels, with specific focus on creating Digital Worker creators and operators

  • Develop hands-on training programs that emphasize practical skills and real-world application

  • Create revenue-generating certification programs with tiered offerings and pricing strategies

  • Develop certification standards and assessment methodologies for various skill levels

  • Create and maintain certification exams and practical evaluations

  • Establish certification renewal and continuing education requirements

  • Track certification metrics and measure program effectiveness and revenue impact

Educational Content Creation

  • Design and develop comprehensive educational materials for our maisa Studio and agentic business process automation platform

  • Create engaging learning paths for technical and business audiences at different skill levels

  • Leverage AI tools to efficiently produce high-quality content across various formats

  • Develop detailed storyboards for video content and work with production AI resources & tools

  • Write clear, concise, and technically accurate documentation and tutorials

Ecosystem Development

  • Establish and grow maisa's Academy as both an educational platform and revenue center

  • Build and nurture an active community of users, partners, and advocates

  • Create and maintain a dedicated training environment for hands-on learning experiences

  • Plan and execute educational events, including webinars, workshops, and training sessions

  • Develop a regular cadence of public and exclusive webinars to showcase platform capabilities

  • Organize and manage in-person training events and certification boot camps

  • Foster knowledge sharing and peer learning opportunities within the ecosystem

  • Track and report on Academy's revenue contribution and growth metrics

Storytelling & Communication

  • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging learning materials

  • Develop compelling narratives around the value and applications of our technology

  • Create content that addresses the unique learning needs of different user personas

  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure accuracy of educational content

Partner & Customer Enablement

  • Work with customer success and sales teams to identify educational needs

  • Develop targeted content to address common customer questions and challenges

  • Create resources that accelerate adoption and showcase platform capabilities

  • Measure the effectiveness of educational content in driving adoption and success

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical education, instructional design, or content creation

  • Exceptional writing skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

  • Experience creating educational content for technical products or platforms

  • Demonstrated storytelling ability across different formats and media

  • Proficiency with AI content creation tools and willingness to use them extensively

  • Experience designing and delivering hands-on technical training programs

  • Ability to create detailed storyboards and scripts for video content

  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design

  • Experience planning and executing educational webinars and events

  • Knowledge of certification program development, preferably in technology fields

Desired Qualities

  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or related technical domains like RPA

  • Background in product marketing or technical documentation

  • Knowledge of learning management systems and educational platforms

  • Experience developing revenue-generating training or certification programs

  • Familiarity with agile content development methodologies

  • Experience with video production or multimedia content creation

  • Event management or webinar hosting experience

  • Business acumen to balance educational needs with revenue opportunities

  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently

  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration

  • Interest in building and scaling educational programs

  • English professional writing proficiency, ideally also Spanish
