## About the Role

We're seeking a talented Web & Visual Designer to join our team and help shape our digital presence through compelling visual communication. This role combines web design expertise with broader visual design capabilities to support both our digital platform as well as sales and marketing initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

## Key Responsibilities

- Lead the evolution and maintenance of our website, ensuring an optimal product communication while maintaining brand consistency

- Design and develop engaging web animations and interactive elements that enhance value proposition understanding of our audience

- Create high-quality visual assets for marketing and sales materials, including presentations, social media content, and digital campaigns

- Utilize AI tools effectively for design ideation, asset creation, and workflow optimization

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand design needs and translate requirements into visually compelling solutions

- Maintain and evolve our visual brand guidelines across all digital platforms

- Optimize website performance and ensure responsive design across all devices

- Create and maintain a consistent design system for all digital properties

- Implement design changes and updates using HTML/CSS

- manage and update WordPress-based content websites

## Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in web design and visual design

- Strong portfolio demonstrating web design, animation, and visual design work

- Expertise in modern design tools (Figma)

- Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS for implementing design changes

- Proficient understanding of JavaScript for animation

- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches

- Knowledge of current web design trends, best practices, and UX principles

- Proven experience with AI design tools and platforms

## Technical Skills

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

- Figma

- HTML5/CSS3 coding proficiency

- JavaScript animation libraries

- Web animation tools and techniques

- Basic understanding of SEO principles

- WordPress experience (strong plus)

- Experience with WordPress theme customization and maintenance (plus)

- Proficiency in AI tools such as:

- Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar for visual asset creation

- AI-powered animation tools

- AI web design and prototyping tools

- AI-assisted code generation tools
