### The Role

We're looking for a Developer Relations Lead to be the bridge between maisa AI and our developer community. You'll play a crucial role in helping developers understand and harness the full potential of our platform, while being their voice within our organization.

### Key Responsibilities

- Technical Content Creation

- Develop compelling example projects that showcase maisa AI's capabilities

- Create comprehensive tutorials, guides, and documentation

- Produce engaging technical content for blogs, social media, and developer platforms

- Design and maintain sample applications that demonstrate best practices

- Create and share effective prompt engineering patterns and best practices

- Community Engagement

- Build and nurture relationships with the developer community

- Represent maisa AI at tech conferences, meetups, and online events

- Host workshops and webinars to educate developers about our platform

- Gather and synthesize community feedback to inform product development

- Lead discussions and workshops on prompt engineering techniques

- Technical Advocacy

- Demonstrate how maisa AI solves complex AI implementation challenges

- Explain technical concepts in accessible ways to various audiences

- Help developers understand the transition from stochastic to deterministic AI

- Champion developer success stories and use cases

- Share insights on optimizing prompts for different use cases

### What We're Looking For

- Strong technical background with hands-on development experience

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience with AI/ML technologies and modern development practices

- Track record of creating technical content and documentation

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

- Community building and public speaking experience

- Passion for developer education and empowerment

- Strong prompt engineering experience with large language models

- Understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and best practices

### Ideal Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or similar roles

- Background in AI/ML development or integration

- Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and LLM application development

- Experience optimizing prompts for different use cases and applications

- Knowledge of chain-of-thought prompting and multi-step reasoning approaches

- Active presence in developer communities

- Experience with content creation and technical writing

- Strong portfolio of technical presentations or workshops

- Open source contributions or community project leadership
