The Role

We're looking for a visionary Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of Maiwork. This role is crucial in creating intuitive interfaces for human-AI collaboration and designing innovative ways to visualize and manage complex workflows across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design strategy for Maiwork, focusing on creating intuitive interfaces for human-AI interaction

• Design and prototype innovative solutions for visualizing complex workflows, knowledge capture, and cross-departmental collaboration

• Develop the design system for Maiwork, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform

• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to balance user needs with technical feasibility

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the platform's ease of use

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements

• Design the visual language for representing job, AI workers, and their outputs within the platform

• Innovate on ways to make complex AI operations understandable and manageable for non-technical users

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a focus on complex B2B and B2C2B SaaS products

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX/UI design skills and innovative problem-solving

• Experience designing for AI-powered products or human-AI interaction interfaces

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)

• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

• Strong data visualization skills, able to represent complex information clearly and intuitively

• Ability to effectively communicate design decisions and gather feedback from stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Product Engineering, Computer Engineering, Design, HCI, or related field; Master's degree is a plus

Desired Skills

• Experience with designing for workflow management or process automation tools

• Knowledge of cognitive psychology principles related to human-AI interaction

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies

• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

• Experience with animation and motion design to enhance user interactions
