We are seeking a skilled Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE) to join our team, specializing in AI platforms and B2B SaaS solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, you will work directly with customers to quickly understand their greatest problems and design and implement solutions leveraging AI to execute end-to-end business processes. You'll have the opportunity to gain rare insight into and contribute to some of the most important industries and institutions globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in small teams and own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects.

• Discuss architecture with fellow engineers and design scalable AI-based solutions.

• Speak with customer executives and establish strategy for your team.

• Apply problem-solving ability, creativity, and technical skills to help organizations use AI to drive real impact.

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and support during pre-sales, post-sales, and throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated with the latest AI and SaaS technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solution offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of relevant, post-college work experience.

• Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Architect, or similar role in applied AI solutions or B2B SaaS/PaaS environments.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, and enterprise architectures.

• Strong coding proficiency in programming languages such Python and Go; experience in Rust will be valued positively.

• Active use of AI tools in the development process.

• experience in high concurrency and performance projects, knowledge of design patterns and event-driven and microservices-oriented software architectures

• Experience or curiosity about working with and using AI to tackle valuable business problems, staying up to the date on the latest emerging technological developments..

• Highly analytical approach and eagerness to solve technical problems with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate efficiently in teams of technical and non-technical individuals, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and iteration with users.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed to client sites (flexible based on personal preferences).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise integration frameworks, as well as on-premise deployments.

• Familiarity with Applied AI tools and programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust).

• Experience in enterprise IT environments and understanding of security, compliance, and scalability considerations.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
