About the role
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Intern to support our organic content strategy, social media execution, and internal enablement efforts. You’ll work closely with the Content team to help plan, create, publish, and analyze content that strengthens our brand presence — and also support the creation of training materials to educate and align our internal teams (“Zubaleros”).
This is a hands-on role with strong mentorship, where you’ll learn how content is built and scaled in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of organic content across social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Assist in creating content formats such as: posts, carousels, short-form videos, stories, and basic blog/newsletter drafts
- Help maintain and organize the content calendar, ensuring consistency and quality
- Monitor trends, competitors, and industry news to propose content ideas
- Support coordination with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Product) to gather insights and stories
- Track basic performance metrics and help prepare simple reports (reach, engagement, CTR)
- Support the development of internal training materials for Zubaleros (presentations, playbooks, internal guides, onboarding content)
- Help organize and maintain content and training assets (folders, templates, references)
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Business, or related fields
- Strong writing and communication skills (English required; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus)
- Interest in social media, storytelling, and content creation
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to turn information into clear and engaging content
- Comfortable using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
Nice to have
- Experience creating content for social media (personal projects count)
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, CapCut, or Figma
- Basic video editing skills
- Interest in B2B / SaaS / tech / retail
- Experience creating training or educational content (even in school/university)
What you’ll gain
- Hands-on experience with content creation, planning, and performance analysis
- Exposure to both external brand-building and internal communication initiatives
- A portfolio of real work, mentorship, and a strong learning environment
