Who you are
- A Senior GTM Strategist: You are a Senior Product Marketing Manager capable of independently leading the Go-To-Market strategy for our core product, FlexiFleet, within the LatAm retail sector.
- An Industry Expert: You bring deep B2B Product Marketing expertise in the logistics or e-commerce space, with a sharp focus on driving commercial results through market-specific strategies.
- A Strategic Link: You act as a high-impact bridge between Product Strategy, Market insights, and Commercial success, reporting directly to the CPO with a dotted line to Marketing.
- A Multilingual Enabler: You are a bilingual professional (English/Spanish) skilled at creating compelling value propositions and enablement materials that resonate with key B2B customers.
What you will do
1. Product Messaging & Positioning (Outbound Focus)
- Craft the core value proposition and product narrative for FlexiFleet, ensuring clear differentiation and alignment with our retail customers' business outcomes.
- Tailor and localize all core messaging for regional nuances, specific LATAM markets, and different retail customer segments.
- Identify and deeply understand the primary buyer personas within the target client profiles to inform all GTM efforts.
2. Sales Enablement & Asset Creation
- Be the primary owner and creator of all critical commercial assets, including the main sales pitch deck, product documentation, interactive demos, and competitive battle cards.
- Develop high-impact case studies and success stories that highlight the value of FlexiFleet.
- Design and execute comprehensive product training sessions for our Sales, Customer Success, and Commercial teams across all LATAM markets.
3. Market Intelligence & Feedback Loops (Inbound Focus)
- Lead competitive intelligence gathering for the LATAM retail logistics market, translating insights into actionable recommendations for messaging and GTM strategy.
- Create structured feedback loops and channels (e.g., recurring meetings, centralized reporting) from Commercial and Customer Success teams back to the Product Management organization to inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
4. Operational Excellence & AI Enablement
- Oversee the GTM process for all new feature launches and major product releases, coordinating communication across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
- Commit to being an independent, proactive driver of results across multiple product lines.
- Demonstrate a practitioner's mindset by leveraging AI and modern tools (e.g., LLMs for content generation, research analysis) to optimize personal productivity and marketing processes.
The skills and experience you will bring
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Product Marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS, Logistics, or Technology company.
- Proven track record of defining GTM strategies, launching complex products, and creating high-impact sales enablement materials.
- Demonstrated ability to craft differentiated value propositions and tailor messaging for varied customer personas and international markets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders (Product, Commercial, and Executive).
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Highly Desirable Attributes
*Experience in retail, e-commerce, or last-mile logistics technology is strongly preferred.
*Fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
*Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment, particularly within LATAM.
