What you will do

  • Design, prototype, build and deploy high-impact products in microservices and agentic-ai systems.
  • Lead a small squad with Mobile and QA team members

The skills and experience you will bring

  • Background in Backend
  • High adoption of AI IDEs, like Cursor
  • Experience building agentic-ai systems
  • Experience leading squads
  • Stakeholder management with non-technical stakeholders
  • Studies: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering)
  • Languages and tools:
    • Languages: Python, Node.js, SQL
    • Tools: Nest.js, LangChain, multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), RAG pipelines, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude), Vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), Docker
  • Is a plus:
    • Experience in frontend web and frontend mobile (ReactJS, Typescript, React-native)
    • Experience with Elixir (or similar like Scala, Rust) to occasionally modify our legacy system
