About the challenge

At
Zubale, we’re redefining how gig workers operate across Latin America. We’re looking for a
Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution
behind a bold mission: increasing gig-worker productivity by 30% across all of our gig-workers fleet in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Costa Rica.

You’ll design and deploy
AI-first fulfillment systems that optimize routing, batching, and capacity utilization—transforming how Zubale’s on-demand network operates. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and operations, and who can connect business growth, user satisfaction, retention, and financial outcomes
into a single coherent vision.

If you’ve built and scaled logistics, delivery, or gig-economy products before—and want to lead one of the most ambitious optimization projects in LATAM—this is for you.

Who you are

  • A seasoned Senior Product Manager with a proven track record in leading high-impact products, focused on growth and progression toward a product leadership career.
  • An expert in leveraging AI/ML and LLMs to drive product innovation, possesses deep knowledge of the gig economy, and has a proven ability to translate complex business needs into successful products that standardize operational processes across diverse markets. This is the ideal role for someone who wants to progress into a product leadership career.
  • A proactive leader who can build strong relationships with local Operations teams to drive product adoption and standardization.

What you will do

Product Strategy & Vision (Build from Scratch)

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the new DTC Platform in partnership with the business unit GM, transitioning the business unit from a purely operational model to a product-centric one.
  • Conduct deep-dive user research and competitive analysis to identify immediate feature needs and future opportunities for value generation through productization.
  • Own the roadmap from 0-to-1, developing compelling business cases and quantifying the ROI for every new product initiative, demonstrating how technology will enhance profitability and scalability.

2. AI-Native Product Execution

  • Design and deliver AI-native products and mobile applications for the field operators and internal operations teams.
  • Build low code POCs to validate product hypotheses.
  • Serve as the expert bridge between the business unit and the Engineering and data teams, ensuring high-quality, on-time product delivery that meets the high technical standards of an AI-first approach.

3. Operational Partnership & Value Generation

  • Partner closely with the business unit General Manager, operational teams, to deeply understand current processes, pain points, and commercial requirements.
  • Focus relentlessly on discovering new avenues of value by spending time in field speaking to users to identify un-productized opportunities that can be solved with technology and AI.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to adoption, operational efficiency, and revenue generation to measure the success of the new platform.

4. Stakeholder Management & Culture

  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships across Operations, Commercial, Engineering, effectively influencing prioritization and decision-making.
  • Be relentlessly curious and experimentation first, embodying the execution-oriented culture necessary to rapidly launch and iterate in a greenfield environment.

The skills and experience you will bring

  1. Mandatory: Proven experience in last-mile logistics, gig-economy, or fulfillment operations
  2. 5+ years in Product Management or Strategy with strong analytical and execution skills.
  3. Track record of building AI/ML or optimization-based products that drive measurable efficiency.
Excellent cross-functional leadership—comfortable driving adoption across diverse teams.
  4. Fluent in English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
