Role Overview:
We are looking for a Content Social Media Specialist focused on content creation and copywriting for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional writing skills and a deep understanding of social media trends, capable of producing content that engages, informs, and grows our audience. Additionally, this role requires a foundational understanding of SEO principles to ensure that social media content contributes to organic visibility and aligns with broader digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop content strategies for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) aligned with campaigns and brand goals.
  • Write engaging copy for posts, stories, scripts, and other social media formats.
  • Apply SEO best practices in copywriting (keywords, metadata, hashtags, descriptions) to maximize content discoverability.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to ensure content is visually supported and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor content performance using social media metrics and suggest improvements based on insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and copywriting.
  • Strong portfolio or examples of social media campaigns and content.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in English (Spanish a plus).
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple content projects under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and optimize content.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media and content distribution.

Preferred:

  • Experience in content strategy or editorial planning.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
