In this critical role, you will lead the Mexico Operations team across the entire Spanish-speaking region in Latin America. You will work directly with regional leadership to ensure the sales engine runs with precision, discipline, and speed. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with an unwavering “how we CAN make things happen” mindset, obsessed with data and excellence in commercial execution.

Flexifleet: A freelance marketplace to perform picking, packing, and delivery tasks for retailers and aggregators.

Consumer Connect: AI-powered conversational commerce via WhatsApp to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Who We Are Looking For

  • We are seeking an End-to-End Business Owner with a strategic and analytical mindset, capable of leading the regional operation with full P&L ownership. The ideal profile combines operational excellence — optimizing picking and delivery KPIs — with the ability to collaborate with Tech and Product teams to scale revenue.
  • We are looking for a leader who excels at stakeholder management, ensures profitability through cost control, and designs innovative supply strategies to attract and retain talent, always guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience supported by technology.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Leadership & P&L
  • End-to-End Business Ownership: Lead daily operations with direct responsibility for the P&L, achieving growth, operational, and financial targets.
  • Regional Management: Oversee operations aligned with regional strategy, ensuring flawless execution across all KPIs.
  • Sustainable Growth: Partner with Sales, Tech, Product, and Finance teams to expand business models and increase revenue.
  • Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • KPI Optimization: Monitor and improve critical picking, packing, and delivery metrics.
  • Cost Efficiency: Control operational costs and design compensation schemes that balance Zubaler productivity with business profitability.
  • Technology-Driven Processes: Ensure proper implementation and usage of Zubale’s technological tools throughout the entire operational chain.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a consultant for internal and external clients on complex operational workflows.
  • Customer Experience: Lead and continuously improve the end-customer experience.
  • Team Leadership & Talent
  • High-Performance Structure: Optimize human resources and ensure the entire team masters the business fundamentals.
  • Supply Strategy: Design and execute strategies to recruit and retain independent contractors who meet market demand.

Requirements

  • Strong Experience: 8+ years of total experience in operations and last-mile logistics, with at least 5 years leading teams.
  • Startup DNA: 2+ years of experience in high-growth companies (e.g., Uber, Rappi, etc.).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Advanced analytical capabilities to make data-based decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Languages: Advanced English proficiency (excellent communication skills).
  • Resilience: Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure and ambiguous environments.
  • “Helicopter” Leadership: Ability to navigate between high-level strategic vision and tactical, on-the-ground execution.
  • Execution Muscle: Aggressive goal-oriented mindset and thick skin to handle operational challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of Operational Finance (P&L, budgeting, billing).
  • Previous experience in Retail and Last-Mile sectors.
  • Expert-level proficiency in analytical tools (Google Sheets, pivot tables).
  • Commercial skills and key account management experience (multi-account handling).
