In this position, you will report directly to the Director of People.

Who you are
You are an analytical and data-driven professional passionate about transforming people data into business insights. You combine technical expertise with strategic thinking, using analytics to guide decisions on performance, engagement, and rewards. You’re detail-oriented, structured, and capable of building scalable processes that support the company’s growth.
Reporting to the Director of People, you will own the full cycle of performance management, employee feedback analytics (eNPS), and bonus tracking, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for leadership.
What you will do
Performance Management
- Design, implement, and operate the performance review process across all countries, ensuring consistency, fairness, and business alignment.
- Build dashboards and reports to track goal progress, rating distributions, and calibration trends.
Engagement & eNPS
- Lead the design and execution of engagement and eNPS surveys.
- Analyze results, identify key drivers of satisfaction, and partner with HRBPs to define action plans that enhance retention and culture.
People Analytics
- Generate and maintain People KPIs and dashboards covering headcount, turnover, performance distribution, productivity, and cost metrics.
- Translate data into insights that drive business and talent decisions.
Rewards & Bonus Management
- Manage the end-to-end bonus tracking process, linking performance outcomes to financial rewards.
- Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy, transparency, and fairness in calculations and reports.
Decision Support
- Provide leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations on people strategy, using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Support audits and data governance initiatives to maintain data integrity and compliance.
The skills and experience you will bring
- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Operations, or Compensation & Performance Management.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets and data visualization skills (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to tell stories with data.
- Experience managing or automating HR processes like performance cycles, bonus tracking, or survey analysis.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup or tech).
- Fluency in English and Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
