Zubale is a technology company that enables retailers to win in eCommerce in Latin America. We partner with a wide range of retailers from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies, department stores and fashion brands to help them win in eCommerce. How? We have three key products:

1) Flexifleet: Marketplace of freelancers to pick-pack-ship ecommerce orders

2) Ecommerce Fulfillment software

3) Client Engagement Suite software

We are obsessed with helping brands and retailers improve their eCommerce direct channels experience, reduce costs and improve EBITDA.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute, maintain, and improve recurring operational workflows that support operations in Brasil.
• Own and lead payment processes to zubaleros (our freelancers) — including automation, validation, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Operate and troubleshoot core daily scripts (Python, SQL) powering local operations.
• Support the configuration and automation of client billing and collection reconciliation processes.
• Actively contribute to global projects focused on automating and standardizing critical operational processes, ensuring adoption in Brasil and sharing local learnings with global teams.
• Collaborate with Global Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure Brasil's needs are reflected in global tooling and roadmaps.
• Maintain and update business rules and decision logic in coordination with Ops and Product stakeholders.
• Track and report on key KPIs via dashboards (Looker/Superset) and drive data-informed improvements.
• Work from the São Paulo City office at least 2x per week to stay closely connected with local Ops and leadership (If you live on São Paulo).

What You Bring:

• Advanced SQL skills (daily usage for operations and analysis).
• Python experience (ability to run, debug, and modify operational scripts).
• Strong execution skills and attention to detail in recurring operational workflows.
• Experience working with AI tools as Google IA Agent and Firebase.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to run and continuously improve key processes.
• Proactive communicator with strong collaboration skills across global and local teams.
• Ability to balance execution of local priorities with contribution to global initiatives.
• English proficiency required.
