Zubale is a technology company that enables retailers to win in eCommerce in Latin America. We partner with a wide range of retailers from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies, department stores and fashion brands to help them win in eCommerce. How? We have three key products:

What You’ll Do:

• AI Agent Development: Design and build multi-agent systems that follow logical workflows to qualify and approve a high volume of tasks on a monthly basis. You will need to create specific agents for each project type.
• System Integration: Connect the AI solution with our existing in-house application, which is built on Elixir and Java, to access pending tasks. The ability to integrate via REST APIs is required.
• Management and Optimization: Ensure the agents are highly scalable and efficient.
• Tool Selection: Propose and use AI agent development tools such as ADK, Stagehand, or similar platforms.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in the development and deployment of AI agents or automated workflows, ideally using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience in implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to provide context to agents and a solid understanding of memory modules or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone or Weaviate).
• Knowledge of AI agent development platforms like ADK, Stagehand, as well as experience with Machine Learning platforms like Vertex AI.
• Ability to work with integration systems, such as REST APIs, to connect with existing applications.
• Understanding of software design principles to ensure the scalability and performance of solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions. We are looking for a builder mindset—someone who is experimental, proactive, and excited to explore new AI solutions to optimize our processes.

Languages: Fluent in Spanish, English proficiency desired.
