1) Flexifleet: Freelancer Marketplace to perform picking, packing, and delivery tasks for retailers and aggregators.
2) Fulfillment Optimizer: Modular Software to increase productivity in eCommerce picking, packing and delivery.
3) Consumer Connect: AI WhatsApp Conversational Commerce to boost sales and elevate customer experience.

Who you are:
As we continue to grow our team in Colombia, we need a highly skilled individual that can work independently and have passion for execution. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager that can work multi-functionally to exponentially grow our client portfolio in Colombia. In this role, you will work directly with our Head of Sales, and you will lead the sales efforts in Colombia. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the future of work, last mile delivery, gig economy and improving life quality for the emerging middle class.
What you will do
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Independently create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, focusing on e-commerce and retail sectors, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Leverage your network to establish strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, identifying new business opportunities.
- Propose Solutions to Overcome Customer Blockers: Identify and address customer objections or blockers throughout the sales process by proposing creative and strategic solutions to close deals effectively.
- Conduct Market and Competitor Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches, ensuring a competitive edge and better understanding of customer needs.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Drive Results: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to align on customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet business objectives.
The skills and experience you will bring
- +3 years B2B sales experience.
- Experience in Consultative Sales
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Commercial Discipline
- Data driven with ability to pull numbers to drive decisions
