In this position you will report directly to the Head of Operations Colombia .

Zubale is a technology company that enables retailers to win in eCommerce. We serve a wide range of retailers from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies, department stores and fashion brands across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru and Colombia. How? We have three key products:
- Flexifleet: Freelancer Marketplace to perform picking, packing, and delivery tasks for retailers and aggregators.
- Fulfillment Optimizer: Modular Software to increase productivity in eCommerce picking, packing and delivery.
- Consumer Connect: AI WhatsApp Conversational Commerce to boost sales and elevate customer experience.

Who you are
You are a high-performing leader ready to own and scale a market. You bring experience in operations, logistics, or marketplaces, combined with a sharp business mindset and strong leadership skills. You’re passionate about delivering operational excellence while managing high-level client relationships. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to turn strategy into execution.
What you will do
- Lead picking, packing, and delivery operations (Last Mile).
- Ensure a positive customer experience by supporting them in their daily operations.
- As a strategist, creating operating methods that guarantee excellent results (indicators and profitability).
- Manage P&L by client, indicators, and associated cost containment.
- Lead the operations logistics team.
The skills and experience you will bring
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Success, Logistics, or Marketplace environments
- Prior experience managing a business unit with P&L accountability
- Proven ability to lead teams and develop strong client partnerships
- Analytical mindset with a bias for execution and results
- Experience in startups or high-growth companies is strongly preferred
- Fluency in Spanish required; English proficiency needed for internal collaboration
- Excellent command of Google Sheets (basic formulation and handling of pivot tables)
