Who we are

Zubale is a technology company that enables retailers to win in eCommerce in Latin America. We partner with a wide range of retailers from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies, department stores and fashion brands to help them win in eCommerce. How? We have three key products:

1) Flexifleet: Marketplace of freelancers to pick-pack-ship ecommerce orders

2) Ecommerce Fulfillment software

3) Client Engagement Suite software

We are obsessed with helping brands and retailers improve their eCommerce direct channels experience, reduce costs and improve EBITDA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, prototype, and deploy agentic LLM-based bots for platforms like WhatsApp and beyond
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate user needs into conversational flows
  • Implement RAG and tool-use strategies to enhance bot intelligence and accuracy
  • Continuously iterate on prompts, memory systems, and interaction models
  • Monitor bot performance and improve UX through data and feedback
  • Develop multi-agent systems and ensure smooth collaboration between agents
  • Integrate bots with enterprise platforms like Google Agentspace or LangGraph
  • Stay current with LLM research and propose innovative features
  • Bring a builder’s mindset: experimental, proactive, and excited about pushing boundaries

What You Bring:

Studies: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering)

Programming Languages: Python, Node.js, SQL

Tools: LangChain, multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), RAG pipelines, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude), Vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), Docker, FastAPI, Git

Experiences:

  • Practical experience using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic, etc.), prompt engineering, and chaining tools.
  • Strong interest in user experience and how AI can solve real customer pain points.
  • Comfortable talking to data scientists, product managers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in implementing RAG pipelines and a solid understanding of memory modules or experience working with autonomous agents.

Languages: Fluent in Spanish, English proficiency desired.

Nice to have:

  • Experience integrating bots into WhatsApp (e.g., using Twilio or Meta’s Business API).
  • Previous work with customer support or e-commerce journeys.
  • Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
