Who we are
Zubale is a technology company that enables retailers to win in eCommerce in Latin America. We partner with a wide range of retailers from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies, department stores and fashion brands to help them win in eCommerce. How? We have three key products:
1) Flexifleet: Marketplace of freelancers to pick-pack-ship ecommerce orders
2) Ecommerce Fulfillment software
3) Client Engagement Suite software

What You’ll Do
- Lead continuous discovery efforts to understand user needs, pains, and behaviors—especially in chat-based purchasing experiences.
- Design and run rapid experiments to validate hypotheses using user research, A/B testing, and behavioral data.
- Conduct usability testing, in-depth interviews, surveys, and prototype feedback sessions to identify friction and opportunities.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Support conversational UX design by helping define user journeys, message logic, and content strategies based on user needs.
- Identify market trends and patterns in consumer behavior that can inform new feature development or flow optimization.
- Maintain a test-and-learn culture through clear research documentation, decision-making support, and experiment tracking.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in UX research, product design research, or hybrid UX roles.
- Demonstrated experience using both qualitative and quantitative methods to guide product development.
- Experience using AI tools to fast interaction
- Comfortable in lean environments—you know how to make research fast, practical, and high-impact.
- Experience working in e-commerce, digital marketing, or chat-based platforms is a big plus.
- Proficiency in Figma for collaborative prototyping and journey mapping.
- Conversational UX familiarity—you’ve worked on or understand chatbots, decision-tree flows, or messaging products.
- Strong writing and communication skills, especially in distilling insights into product opportunities.
- English proficiency (B2 or higher)—you’re confident presenting insights and collaborating cross-functionally in English.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience supporting product teams in WhatsApp Business, Messenger, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience working closely with e-commerce or marketing teams on conversion optimization initiatives.
