The Role

You'll own core marketplace products end-to-end, pricing, liquidity, trading flows, and the systems behind them. This is a hands-on role for a PM who's comfortable in a technical domain: you'll work daily with engineering and data to define what we build, why, and in what order. You set the vision and roadmap; you ship, measure, and iterate.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for key marketplace features, from idea to launch
• Turn user, market, and trading data into clear priorities and specs
• Work closely with engineering on trade-offs, architecture, and delivery
• Run experiments and A/B tests, then act on the results
• Improve the metrics that matter: liquidity, trust, conversion, and retention

What we're looking for

• Strong PM fundamentals: roadmap ownership, prioritization, clear specs
• Technical fluency — you can read an API, reason about system trade-offs, and hold your own with engineers (former engineers welcome)
• Comfort with data and experimentation (SQL, analytics, A/B testing)
• Background in marketplaces, fintech/trading, gaming, or digital assets
• Ability to make complex decisions simple and defend them to leadership
• 5+ years in product, ideally at senior/lead level
