Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Executive located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Senior Account Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and growing client accounts within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) sector, specifically focusing on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), risk assessments, and GRC automation workflows. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GRC processes and be able to leverage Vendict’s AI-driven solutions to streamline client workflows, simplify compliance, and optimize risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to address client needs within the GRC space, including TPRM, audit preparation, and response automation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized solutions that help clients navigate the complexities of GRC and improve risk management practices.
  • Drive sales through identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored presentations, and leading negotiations in line with Vendict’s offerings in AI-powered GRC solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration of solutions tailored to client risk assessments and compliance needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the use of AI technology to optimize governance, risk, and compliance workflows.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, client relations, and developing sales strategies in the GRC sector.
  • In-depth understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), risk assessments, and compliance workflows.
  • Strong ability to drive sales, identify business opportunities, and meet performance targets within the GRC space.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex GRC concepts into actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, with a track record of using them effectively to manage accounts and drive business results.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in the AI technology or GRC sector is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Risk Management, or a related field.
