Requirements (ALL these are a "MUST"):

Willing and able to work in US hours (CST).
Resides in Israel.
Understanding of cybersecurity GRC and technological jargon, risks, and best practices.
Basic technical orientation with the ability to instruct customers on the system’s features.
Autodidact and able to work independently.
Fluent in English (native level) – speaking, reading and writing.
VERY service-oriented.
Enthusiastic, motivated, ambitious.


2-3 years of practical experience in customer support.
Previous experience in GRC customer support (cybersecurity advisor or previous employment in consultancy companies, or a part of an IT / Help Desk Team).
Familiarity with leading cybersecurity and privacy standards and regulations (ISO 27001, ISO 27002, NIST, GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, etc.).
Basic understanding in AI.
Experience in training / teaching.

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and experienced Customer-Facing GRC professional to join our fast-growing startup.

You will work closely with our VP GRC and our Customer Support Team to improve our customers’ POC and onboarding experience. This will include (among other tasks) reviewing and improving of customer libraries during POC, escorting customers during POCs & onboarding, joining POC kickoff & POC summary meetings and joining support channels.
