The Hotels Network team is made up of over 140 people from 35 different nationalities. To fuel our continued rapid growth, we are looking for an Implementation Specialist with French to join our team based in Barcelona. Responsibilities:

  • Account Activation: set up, onboarding, and proactive follow-up to ensure proper account activation.
  • Ensure excellent coordination with the Sales Managers to guarantee a swift, hassle-free onboarding.
  • Assists hotels with script installation.
  • Monitor hotel results and data tracking.
  • Receive and process client feedback to improve the product.
  • Alignment with Client Success Specialists for account management projects
  • Work closely with technical team for integration prioritization
  • Coordination with the Partnerships department for integration, implementation, and onboarding of partners.
  • Agile coordination with technical team and colleagues to improve shared knowledge, and facilitate efficiencies.
  • Regular involvement with the team meetings and team projects to bring and share good practices with all team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, marketing or related field.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Full time position.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry will be highly valued
  • High IT Skills (web browsing, multi-window navigation, etc.).
