TLDR
We are hiring a VP of Engineering to lead Neon’s engineering team and enable the CTO to focus on strategically scaling the company. This leader will own execution across engineering, build and mentor a world-class team, and ensure we continue shipping high-quality products at startup speed. The timeline to hire is by early 2026.

We’re looking for someone who has excelled in engineering leadership roles at high-growth startups.
Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams.

Track record of aligning engineering execution with business outcomes.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
