TLDR
Lead the development and launch of new features across Neon’s automation platform. This role will work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure our products solve real customer problems and scale effectively. As a Product Manager, you will drive Neon’s product roadmap and ensure our solutions deliver real customer value.
Define roadmap: Translate customer needs and business priorities into a clear product plan.
Partner with engineering and design: Deliver features that are reliable, intuitive, and impactful.
Customer discovery: Run interviews, gather feedback, and validate product hypotheses.
Launch new products: Manage go-to-market readiness in partnership with GTM teams.
Measure impact: Track adoption, outcomes, and iterate quickly based on data and insights.

Experience
We’re looking for someone who has excelled in enterprise SaaS product management.
3–6 years of PM experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
Track record of shipping successful products in high-growth environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working directly with engineering and design teams.
Startup experience preferred but not required.
