Work as the right hand to the CEO to drive growth across the company. This role is not narrowly defined—it’s about doing whatever it takes to accelerate Neon’s trajectory.
Design and execute growth initiatives: From market strategy to hands-on campaigns.
Partner with leadership: Translate vision into operating plans, OKRs, and measurable outcomes.
Crack complex problems: Break down ambiguous challenges into structured projects and drive them to completion.
Own cross-functional projects: Coordinate product, GTM, and operations to unlock growth.
Identify leverage: Ruthlessly prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.

Experience
We’re looking for someone who combines consulting-level strategy with startup-level scrappiness.
Background in top 3 consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) and an Ivy League MBA.
Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from zero-to-one and scale growth.
Experience working closely with founders/CEOs or in early-stage, high-growth environments.
Strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical horsepower, and execution drive.
Required Tools
You will be expected to operate across a wide range of tools and disciplines:
Strategy frameworks and financial modeling (Excel/Sheets, BI tools)
Growth and GTM systems (Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, Clay, etc.)
Project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, Jira)
Comfort with light automation, data analysis, and experimentation
