You are responsible for creating a “red carpet experience” for our customers.
We have a very ambitious sales team. Your goal is to be able to deliver a custom Data Program for every customer that the sales team brings in. We have built a powerful technology that makes it fast and easy to build AI. Your goal is to harness that technology, to continuously deliver high-quality Data Programs to each customer using a large pool of outsourced developers.
You will not only make customers smile ear to ear, but you’ll build the process to do this at scale. You will be a jack of all trades doing things like selling, onboarding, training, professional Services, customer support, increasing renewals, cross-selling / up-selling, and advocacy.
Responsibilities
Define and optimize our customers’ journey with scalable processes that can be adopted at scale
Talk with customers, develop listening points in their journey (e.g., usage, satisfaction, etc.), and find ways to make them smile
Build a process with outsourced developers to Data Programs for customers and make sure they experience true value
Align with sales, product, and marketing to make sure the “perceived value” aligns with the “actual value” they get
Define, measure, and own key metrics and OKRs
Recruit, mentor, groom, and inspire a world-class team
Propose improvements to your team’s organizational structure
Standardize a customer success process and template for our customers
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Can handle a lot of responsibility, freedom, and ambiguity. You don't get blocked by things but rather knock down walls to get things done.
