Your profile

Super.ai is revolutionizing the way businesses process documents with our industry-leading Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform. We're searching for a passionate and experienced Head of Marketing to lead the charge in generating demand, crafting compelling messaging, and spearheading an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for our IDP solutions.


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth for Super.ai's IDP solutions.
  • Lead the creation of compelling marketing content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and website copy, that resonates with target audiences.
  • Champion and oversee the execution of ABM programs, focusing on identifying and nurturing relationships with high-value accounts.
  • Manage and optimize all marketing channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new IDP product launches.
  • Leverage marketing automation and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in IDP and B2B marketing.

We are looking for someone who is:

Smart, humble, hardworking, and collaborative

  • By smart we don't necessarily mean high IQ (although a huge plus), but an affinity toward learning. We want to automate as much as possible so we can focus on the few things that require human intelligence and creativity.
  • By humble we don't mean submissive or unambitious, we mean it in the same way Roger Federer is humble.
  • By hardworking, we don't mean long hours (be with your family). What we mean is while you're here you're doing the best work of your life. It means being disciplined, professional, focused, gritty, resilient, and resourceful, pragmatic. You believe that responsibility for your work does not end with deployment.
  • By collaborative, we don't mean submissive or deferential, it means taking leadership from everywhere. "I'm taking responsibility to fix this system", if there's a lack of trust "I'm going to address it", if goals are unclear "I'm going to deal with it", it's about being a meritocracy
  • All four of the above are required. We all know people missing one of these and it's not nice to work with them (e.g. someone who is smart and hardworking but not humble and collaborative).

  • You possess a minimum of 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving growth within the technology sector.
  • Preferable to have a deep understanding of the IDP landscape and the challenges faced by businesses in document processing.
  • You're a strategic thinker who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans focused on demand generation, brand awareness, and lead nurturing.
  • You're a master storyteller, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and impactful messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • You're an ABM champion, experienced in identifying and cultivating relationships with key accounts.
  • You're a data-driven marketer who thrives on using marketing automation and analytics to measure and optimize campaigns.
  • You possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing marketing team.
  • You have a collaborative spirit and enjoy working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

This is a very important role and we are willing to compensate for that accordingly.
