Position Description
Starfish Space is growing fast and looking for a generalist Operations intern to support us in continuing to scale and operate a variety of core business functions, including Marketing, People Operations, Facilities & IT, and others. This is a great opportunity to spend the summer making a major impact on an exciting and growing endeavor within the space industry.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, asylee or refugee)
• Willing to work from Tukwila, Washington
• Available for a Summer 2026 internship (at least 10 weeks in length)
• Capable of working a dynamic, fast paced startup environment

Desired Experience

• Excellent written and verbal skills along with a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Previous experience in a startup, finance, or consulting role a bonus
