<div> We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our growing Business Development team as a Business Development Account Manager.<br><br><strong>About Sidelines<br><br></strong>Sidelines Group is a rapidly growing leader in the sports betting and iGaming affiliate space, specialising in innovative digital media, cutting-edge marketing strategies, and experience-driven technologies that connect brands with audiences online.<br><br>We’re looking for employees who are ambitious, fast runners, willing to take ownership, and execute effectively - all to power the team and the company forward.<br><br>What will you do?<br><br><ul> <li>Manage partner relationships: Oversee daily interactions, including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects.</li> <li>Grow business with existing clients: Identify opportunities to expand services and meet sales goals through new products and channels.</li> <li>Develop new business relationships: Research and build long-term connections with potential partners.</li> <li>Utilise BI tools: Generate valuable data and insights to drive business decisions.</li> <li>Process sales data: Manage partner sales data, ensuring accuracy in analytics and financial reports.</li> <li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment: Handle multiple tasks and interfaces simultaneously.<br><br><br> </li> </ul>What will you bring to the table?<br><br><ul> <li>High-level proficiency in English: Fluent and articulate communication skills are essential.</li> <li>1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles: Preferably in the digital marketing industry or a related field; experience with affiliate companies is a plus.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills: A natural - people person who excels at building and maintaining positive relationships, both internally and externally.</li> <li>Key account management expertise: Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth from existing clients.</li> <li>Creative problem-solver: An out-of-the-box thinker who brings innovative ideas to the table.</li> <li>Self-driven and ambitious: Consistently takes initiative, driving projects forward with a focus on achieving growth and success.</li> <li>Analytical and strategic thinker: Combines strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to problem-solving.</li> </ul> </div>
