We are seeking a highly motivated Office Manager to join our team.

What will you do?
  • Managing day-to-day administrative activities, office operations including  food and other supply orders, managing cleaning services, deliveries etc.
  • Management of existing and new vendor relationships
  • In charge of all invoices and payments- price review, working closely with the finance departments, banks..
  • Plan and execute the company welfare strategy- activities & events, happy hours, holiday, etc.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Focal point for all of the employees
  • Ensure a pleasant working environment and smooth ongoing operation of all administrative needs
  • Managing IT inventory and working closely with the IT Manager
  • partner closely with HR, assist with onboarding of new hires
  • Drive local office related initiatives

What will you bring to the table?
  • 1+ years experience in Office management preferably in a start-up company
  • Highly proactive and ability to execute projects from start to end
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Best communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • High level English & Hebrew – verbal and written- Must
  • Highly service-oriented, creative, forward-thinking & resourceful
