What You’ll Do

• Own and execute product strategy – Define, develop, and prioritize product roadmaps based on market trends, business goals, and customer insights.
• Lead cross-functional teams – Collaborate with engineers, designers, customer support and marketing teams to drive execution and deliver high-impact solutions.
• AI & automation integration – Identify opportunities to integrate AI, leveraging tools like OpenAI and prompt engineering.
• Shopify ecosystem expertise – Stay updated on Shopify platform requirements, ensuring compliance and feature compatibility.
• Data-driven decision-making – Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and KPIs to optimize product performance.
• Mentorship & leadership – Provide guidance to product teams and contribute to a strong product culture.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, or B2B software.
• Strong technical understanding (bonus if you have experience in engineering or development).
• Proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and Jira.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, and prompt engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to break down complex concepts.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
