The Role: Sales Enablement Lead

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to define and scale sales excellence across a growing group of software products. You’ll work closely with GTM, product, and marketing teams to standardize sales processes, create scalable playbooks, and ensure every rep has the tools and training needed to succeed. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-product environments and wants to build systems that scale across geographies and teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the sales enablement function across our portfolio of B2B software tools
  • Standardize sales processes across products and teams to ensure consistency and clarity
  • Design and deliver scalable onboarding and training programs for SDRs, AEs, and AMs
  • Build and maintain sales playbooks, pitch materials, and objection handling guides
  • Optimize our sales tooling ecosystem (CRM, sales automation, call intelligence, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing and product to ensure aligned messaging and GTM execution
  • Monitor performance data to identify enablement gaps and drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or B2B SaaS sales
  • Strong experience supporting multi-product or multi-brand sales environments
  • Deep familiarity with modern sales tech (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Highspot)
  • Strong project management, communication, and content creation skills
  • A process-driven mindset with a bias for action and execution

Nice to Have

  • Experience in private equity-backed, buy-and-build, or multi-brand software environments
  • Exposure to M&A integrations or building enablement from the ground up
