We’re on a mission to redefine what it means to operate software businesses at scale. To do that, we’re looking for a high-impact GTM Lead ready to build and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple standalone products and regions - with a direct line to revenue and scalable growth.
What You’ll Do
As GTM Lead, you’ll be a key driver of growth across our global software portfolio. You’ll design playbooks, optimise sales performance, and work closely with founders, GMs, and AEs to unlock revenue and retention opportunities. You will focus on Shop Circle’s sales-led growth products rather than the product-led portfolio.
You will:
- Build and operationalize scalable GTM playbooks and processes for standalone business units (BUs)
- Support BUs in market discovery and international expansion, identifying high-potential verticals and entry points
- Coach and monitor key AEs across BUs to boost performance, pipeline velocity, and close rates
- Guide BUs on enterprise pricing discovery and retention strategies to improve net revenue retention
- Leverage Shop Circle’s global network to facilitate strategic intros and warm leads
- Identify and convert high-value prospects using Shop Circle’s brand, data, and resources
- Develop cross-sell and bundling strategies to drive LTV and improve customer stickiness
- Collaborate with GMs to accelerate GTM execution across multiple brands and geographies- Drive strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives from planning to execution
- Travel frequently across Europe and internationally to support execution and partner development
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in GTM, commercial strategy, enterprise sales, or business development
- Proven success building and scaling repeatable GTM strategies from scratch
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS ecosystem
- Experience operating across multiple brands or product lines
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to drive outcomes independently
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Multilingual is a plus
- Experience in commerce or retail software is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and be based in London or Milan (relocation support available)
