We’re seeking an Operations Specialist with strong attention to detail, a proactive and results-driven. The role entails managing office operations, procurement, employee welfare, vendor payments, travel arrangements and invoicing.

You will:

Office Management:

  • Manage all aspects of office administration, including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
  • Ensure an organized, and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors.

Procurement and Vendor Management:

  • - Process vendor invoices and manage payments.
  • - Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns as needed.

Employee Welfare:

  • - Implement employee welfare initiatives and perks.
  • - Coordinate wellness programs and activities.

Travel Arrangements:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of international travel for employees, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.
  • Liaise with travel agencies to ensure smooth booking processes and negotiate favorable rates.

Requirements:

You Have:

  • Proven experience in office administration or facility management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
