We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Director of Product Management to lead our product strategy and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions for our cloud-native infrastructure platform. As ScaleOps’ first Product, you will be driving the product development, and ensuring our product aligns with market needs and customer expectations.

You Will

• Manage the entire product life cycle E2E from building the vision and strategy, defining the business model and marketing messages, building the roadmap, driving execution to release, and driving adoption and usage of delivered value.
• Collect, specify, and characterize product requirements by conducting market research and evaluating customers’ needs. Work closely and build customer trust to help direct product roadmap and improve customer experience.
• Evaluate tradeoffs and prioritize investments that will balance the different product needs and generate clarity and focus for the work group.
• Define features and own their backlog, and work closely with Engineering, design, and product marketing teams to align on tradeoffs and drive successful delivery.
• Collaborate internally and externally to generate synergies and create a differentiated offering.
• Drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria and performance metrics. Be data-driven with ongoing analysis of usage data.
• Communicate clearly about projects, risks, and accomplishments on behalf of the team.
  
  

Requirements:

You Have

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a B2D technology-driven organization.
• Strong technical background - In-depth knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, and resource management.
• Proven track record delivering software products/services to the market.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
• Great listener and excellent communicator - deep customer empathy and ability to write and present in English
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical equivalent.
