About The Role
This isn’t a spec-writing, backlog-grooming kind of PM role. You’ll own big bets, move fast, talk to users, and ship features that hit real-world impact—fast. From shaping strategy to sweating the details, you’ll be in the thick of it with design, engineering, and go-to-market every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
Own products end-to-end. From discovery through launch, you’ll define goals, write requirements, partner with Go-To-Market, Design, Engineering, and across our leadership team. You’ll become a key source of customer insight guiding our long-term product roadmap.
Roll up your sleeves and execute. Move fast—craft go-to-market copy, lead trainings, write internal FAQs, troubleshoot enterprise pilots. Whatever it takes to make your feature a success.
Drive the full product lifecycle—from research to iteration to scale
Talk to users early and often—uncover needs, validate solutions, and keep us grounded in reality
Prioritize ruthlessly—balancing customer pain, business goals, and tech constraints
Bring structure and clarity to the chaos of startup life—without slowing things down
Shape product strategy as we grow, helping us build not just what’s next, but what’s right
What We’re Looking For
Have 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, founder etc.)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
You are a Simplifier. You thrive on distilling thorny problems into elegantly simple, high-impact solutions.
Proven executor. You’ve shipped a wide variety of features—big and small—across multiple launches, and you know how to rally a team to deliver under tight deadlines.
Collaborative leadership. You communicate clearly and confidently across all levels, align stakeholders around a shared vision, and inspire cross-functional teams.
Pay & Benefits
Compensation: $140,000–$200,000 base + meaningful equity (final offer will be based on your background, experience and skillset)

Work location: We are focused on hiring a team that will join us at our downtown San Francisco office.
