🙌🏼 What you will be doing
We’re looking for an Outsourcing Manager based in our Dublin office to oversee the governance, management, and regulatory compliance of all first line outsourced activities for Ramp Ireland (Swaps) Ltd.
This role is critical to ensuring that our outsourcing arrangements adhere to Irish and EU regulatory standards, while delivering value and maintaining high performance. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the Outsourcing Manager will collaborate with teams across the business, including Compliance, Legal, Risk, Procurement, and Technology.
🧩 What you will be working on
Outsourcing Governance
- Develop, implement, and maintain the outsourcing governance framework in line with Irish and EU regulations, including Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) expectations.
- Lead the establishment and continuous enhancement of policies and procedures to ensure effective management and oversight of all outsourced activities.
- Support the execution of outsourcing risk assessments, ensuring risks are identified, measured, and mitigated.
Vendor and Performance Management
- Monitor the performance of outsourced service providers against contractual agreements and service level expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all outsourcing relationships, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Lead periodic reviews and audits of outsourcing arrangements to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with EBA guidelines, CBI industry guidance and other applicable regulatory requirements regarding outsourcing, including reporting obligations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on the impact of changes.
- Support regulatory audits and inspections related to outsourcing activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Legal and Procurement teams to negotiate outsourcing contracts, ensuring inclusion of appropriate risk mitigation clauses.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, and IT teams to ensure that third-party providers align with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate with business units to assess outsourcing needs and manage transitions, ensuring minimal disruption.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Develop and deliver regular management information (MI) reports on outsourcing risks and performance for senior leadership and the Board.
- Maintain a comprehensive register of all outsourcing arrangements, including critical or important functions.
🤟 What you will bring
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned outsourcing professional with a strong understanding of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks.
- 5+ years’ experience in outsourcing, vendor management, or a related governance role, ideally within financial services or fintech.
Proven track record of managing third-party service providers and regulatory compliance. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field; advanced degrees are advantageous.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Outsourcing Professional, Procurement certifications) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Irish and EU regulatory requirements for outsourcing, including EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing and CBI expectations.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and contract negotiation best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and regulators.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
