🙌🏼 What you will be doing

We are looking for a Group Account who will support the Financial Control team at Ramp in delivering accurate and timely financial deliverables and support compliance with local and international statutory requirements. The role requires a thorough individual who is driven to deliver high-quality deliverables, working collaboratively across teams and, at times, independently.

We are looking for candidates based a commutable distance from either our Warsaw, Wroclaw or London office.

🧩 What you will be working on

  • Overseeing compliance with all tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
  • Act as project lead for all Finance GEO Expansion
  • Working on equity reconciliations
  • Production and maintenance of group transfer pricing methodology including modeling and liaising with external advisors
  • Assist with the accurate and timely reporting of month-end accounts
  • Meeting both individual and finance team objectives,
  • Liaising with local and group auditors to satisfy audit requests.
  • Ad hoc requests required by the Group Financial Controller or CFO.

🤟🏻 What you will bring:

  • Knowledge of accounting, corporate tax, VAT and statutory requirements in UK
  • Experience assisting and liasing with external consultants to prepare tax and financial account filing in Poland, Ireland and the US.
  • Good knowledge of accounting systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite, as this is used on a daily basis.
  • Problem-solving skills to address key control and reconciliation tasks,
  • Experience in automation and systems implementation
  • English language proficiency, as we work in a multinational team,
  • A high amount of ownership and independence,
  • Full or part accountancy qualification with one of the main professional bodies (i.e. ACCA, CIMA etc.),
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of the Netsuite, US & UK GAAP and IFRS.
