🙌🏼 What you will be doing

We’re looking for a Third Party Due Diligence Analyst to join a small but growing team. The Third Party Due Diligence Analyst will report to the Third Party Due Diligence Team Lead and work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams. The Third Party Due Diligence Analyst will be responsible for the evaluation of prospective partners and third parties by conducting business and operational due diligence reviews.

🧩What you will be working on

  • Conducting business and operational due diligence reviews on potential partners and periodic due diligence reviews on existing partners
  • Reviewing due diligence questionnaires and corresponding legal documentation to identify potential concerns and identify the need for further documentation
  • Reviewing legal entities’ corporate structure and identifying beneficial ownership
  • Confirming business registrations and licenses
  • Identifying potential partner risks and escalating to line manager and/or any relevant stakeholders
  • Documenting accurately the due diligence research and any operational concerns identified during the process
  • Presenting detailed due diligence reports and recommendations to the Third Party Due Diligence Team Lead
  • Maintaining close relationships with the Sales and Account Management teams in terms of the due diligence on potential and existing partners.
  • Maintaining a tracker of the potential and existing applications
  • Meeting the internal SLAs for completion of partner reviews
  • Willingness to assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives

🤟 What you will bring

  • Prior experience in a financial services or a crypto company specializing in due diligence of legal entities (i.e. KYB, B2B due diligence checks)
  • Natural curiosity, attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolution
  • Fluent in English; any additional language abilities are a plus (we operate globally!)
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology and blockchain investigations are a plus
  • Genuine enthusiasm and curiosity about fintech and crypto
  • Relevant compliance qualifications (ACAMS, ACFCS, ICA) are a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
